Ahh Maa Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ahh Maa website, subscription service, and meal kits. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility and Account Creation

To order from Ahh Maa, customers must create an account. Guest checkout is not available.

While there is no strict minimum age requirement, all users must accept these Terms and are responsible for all activity associated with their account.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their account details, delivery address, and contact information are accurate and up to date.

2. Subscription Model and Order Management

Ahh Maa operates on a flexible two tier subscription model.

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. There are no lock in contracts or minimum commitment periods.

Orders can be managed and edited up to six weeks in advance.

All orders must be confirmed by Thursday at 11:59 pm (AEST) to be included in the following week’s delivery. Changes made after this cutoff will apply to the next eligible delivery.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their upcoming orders before the weekly cutoff.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website include GST where applicable.

Payments are accepted via Credit card and are automatically processed at the weekly cutoff time of Thursday 11:59 pm (AEST) for the following week’s delivery.

4. Metro Melbourne Delivery

Customers may select their preferred delivery day and time during checkout depending on availability in their postcode.

Metro Melbourne deliveries are completed using in house delivery drivers and include real time GPS tracking.

Customers will receive SMS and email notifications once their delivery is on the way and once it has been successfully delivered.

If you live in an apartment or secure building, please provide clear delivery instructions to help ensure successful delivery.

Authority to Leave – Metro Melbourne

During checkout, customers may choose whether they are comfortable for their delivery to be left unattended.

If Authority to Leave is selected, your box may be left in the location specified at your risk. Please ensure the location is secure, shaded, and safe.

If Authority to Leave is not selected, someone must be present to receive the delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access and Authority to Leave was not provided, the box will be returned to our Croydon South warehouse.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, redelivery is not available and refunds will not be issued.

Customers may arrange to collect their box from our Croydon South warehouse within 2 days of the original delivery by contacting:info@ahhmaa.com.au

5. Regional Victoria Delivery

Ahh Maa offers Next Day Regional Delivery across Regional Victoria.

Regional orders are shipped using StarTrack courier services.

Orders are dispatched the day before the customer’s selected delivery date.

Delivery days vary depending on postcode. Customers can check available delivery days for their location on our website during checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, StarTrack will provide tracking information via SMS and email so you can follow your delivery.

Please provide clear delivery instructions to help ensure successful delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed due to courier operations.

Authority to Leave – Regional Victoria

All Regional Victoria deliveries are sent with mandatory Authority to Leave.

This means your parcel will be left at the delivery address even if no one is present to receive it.

By placing an order for regional delivery, you agree that your box may be left unattended at the delivery location.

Ahh Maa is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, tampered with, or damaged after delivery has been completed.

If a parcel appears to have been left in an incorrect location, please notify info@ahhmaa.com.au and Ahh Maa will investigate the matter with StarTrack.

Courier Delays

While StarTrack operates on a next day delivery service, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of Ahh Maa’s control.

If your order does not arrive on your selected delivery day, Ahh Maa will issue a store credit equal to the full value of the order.

Failed Delivery or Address Errors

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address entered during checkout is accurate and complete.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete/insufficient delivery information
  • Customer error


Ahh Maa will not provide a refund or store credit.

If delivery fails due to an issue caused by StarTrack, Ahh Maa will arrange a full value store credit.

6. Packaging and Storage

All Ahh Maa boxes are sealed and packed securely to maintain freshness during transit.

Chilled ingredients are packed with insulation and ice packs designed to keep items safely chilled during delivery.

Our packaging has been tested under controlled conditions to maintain safe temperatures for up to 36 hours from dispatch.
If your order arrives beyond this 36 hour window, Ahh Maa will issue a full value store credit.

Once your delivery arrives, please refrigerate your items as soon as possible.

7. Ordering and Meal Selection

Customers are responsible for updating their weekly meal selections by the weekly cutoff time of Thursday 11:59 pm (AEST).

If no meal selections are made before the cutoff, Ahh Maa will default to the same selection from your previous delivery.

If any items become unavailable or out of stock, Ahh Maa reserves the right to substitute them with a similar meal of equal or greater value.

Customers with specific dietary requirements are encouraged to review and adjust their meal selections prior to the cutoff to ensure suitable meals are provided.

8. Refunds, Returns and Store Credit

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Ahh Maa does not accept returns.

Store credit may be issued if:

  • A box arrives damaged
  • Items are missing or incorrect
  • Food safety has been compromised before delivery was completed


Customers must contact info@ahhmaa.com.au within 48 hours of receiving their order and include photo evidence of the issue.

Refunds or store credit will not be provided for damage occurring after delivery has been completed.

This includes parcels that were left unattended under Authority to Leave.

9. Allergens and Dietary Information

Ahh Maa strives to accommodate a variety of dietary needs and clearly labels allergens within recipes and ingredients.
However, all Ahh Maa meals are prepared in facilities that may handle common allergens including:

  • Wheat
  • Gluten
  • Soy
  • Sesame
  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Fish
  • Crustacean


Cross contamination may occur.

Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should review all ingredients before preparing or consuming meals.

10. Ahh Maa Streaks – Loyalty Program

Ahh Maa Streaks is a loyalty program that rewards customers for placing consecutive weekly orders. Streaks are tracked automatically and displayed in your account dashboard.

How Streaks Work
A streak is defined as one (1) confirmed and delivered order per week, placed before the weekly cutoff of Thursday 11:59 pm (AEST). Each consecutive qualifying week adds to your streak and unlocks the following rewards:

  • Week 4: A complimentary meal of 2 servings, selected by the Ahh Maa team, will be added to your delivery. This will not appear in your order summary as it is added manually.
  • Weeks 8–11: A 10% discount is automatically applied to all orders and will be reflected in your order summary and invoice.
  • Week 12 and beyond: A 20% discount replaces the 10% discount and is automatically applied to all orders for as long as your streak continues. This will also be reflected in your invoice.


Maintaining Your Streak

Your streak will reset to zero if you miss a delivery, skip a week, or pause your subscription. Pausing your subscription, even temporarily, is treated as a break in consecutive ordering and will reset your streak.
Ahh Maa Streaks launched on 29 May 2026. Previous orders placed before this date are not eligible for backdating and will not count toward a streak.

Combining Streaks Discounts with Promotional Codes
Streaks discounts may be combined with eligible promotional codes. However, not all promotional codes are compatible with multiple discounts. The terms of each individual promotion will determine whether it can be stacked with a Streaks reward. Where a conflict exists, the promotional code terms will prevail.

Modification or Cancellation of the Program
Ahh Maa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Streaks program at any time. Where possible, customers will be notified in advance of any material changes via email.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Most promotions apply to first time customers only, though occasional offers may be available to existing customers through email or social media.

All promotions are subject to expiry dates and specific promotional terms.

12. User Content and Community Contributions

Customers may submit reviews, feedback, photos, or other content relating to Ahh Maa products.

By submitting content, you grant Ahh Maa permission to repost, share, or use this content across our website, social media, and marketing channels.

Ahh Maa reserves the right to remove any content considered misleading, inappropriate, or offensive.

13. SMS & Email Marketing Communications

By providing your contact details and opting in, you agree to receive marketing and informational communications from Ahh Maa via email and SMS. These communications may include promotions, offers, product updates, reminders, and order-related messages. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with Ahh Maa. Your consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.

SMS Communications
If you opt in to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive recurring automated messages sent to the mobile number you provided. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message.

Email Communications
If you opt in to receive email marketing, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us at info@ahhmaa.com.au.

General
Ahh Maa is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. You agree that if you change or transfer your mobile number, you will notify us or opt out of SMS communications from your original number. For support, you can contact us at info@ahhmaa.com.au.

14. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us.

All personal information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

This includes how we manage customer data, marketing communications, and account information.

15. Intellectual Property

All recipes, copy, logos, photographs, videos, and designs appearing on the Ahh Maa website, packaging, or marketing materials are the intellectual property of Ahh Maa.

They may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, or reused without written permission.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahh Maa is not responsible for loss, delays, or damages arising from circumstances outside of our control.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Courier delays
  • Third party delivery issues
  • Parcels delivered under Authority to Leave
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Misuse of ingredients or preparation methods


Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and using appropriate discretion when preparing meals.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved within the courts of Victoria.
