Delivery and Shipping Policy

Ahh Maa delivers fresh Asian meal kits kept cool with insulated packaging and ice packs straight to your door across Victoria.
Our delivery network covers Metro Melbourne and Regional Victoria, allowing more households to enjoy authentic Asian cooking at home.
We aim to provide reliable delivery so your meals arrive fresh and ready to cook.
Delivery Days and Cut Off Times
Deliveries are available Monday to Friday, with delivery days depending on your postcode.
Customers can view available delivery days for their address during checkout.
Orders must be confirmed by Thursday 11:59pm (AEST) to be eligible for delivery the following week.
Delivery Areas
Ahh Maa currently delivers across Victoria, including Metro Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Delivery Method
Depending on your postcode, your order will be delivered either by:
- Ahh Maa in house delivery drivers (Metro Melbourne)
- StarTrack courier service (Regional Victoria)
Metro Melbourne customers can select their preferred delivery time slot at checkout where available.
Regional Victoria deliveries are dispatched the day before your selected delivery date using StarTrack’s next day courier network.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations.

Tracking and Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive delivery notifications.
Metro Melbourne deliveries include live GPS tracking and real time delivery updates.
Regional Victoria deliveries include StarTrack tracking sent via SMS and email so you can follow your delivery.
Notifications are sent once the parcel has been successfully delivered.
Delivery Notes
At checkout you can leave Delivery Notes to help ensure a smooth delivery.
You may use this section to provide helpful information such as:
- Gate codes or security access instructions
- Apartment building access or reception details
- Preferred drop off location
- Notes about pets on the property
- Directions to help the driver find your address
Providing clear delivery instructions helps us deliver your order safely and efficiently.
Authority to Leave
Authority to Leave rules depend on your delivery location.
Metro Melbourne
During checkout you may choose whether your order can be left unattended.
If Authority to Leave is selected, your box will be left at the location specified in your delivery notes. Please ensure the area is safe, secure and shaded.
If Authority to Leave is not selected, someone must be present to receive the delivery. If delivery cannot be completed, the box will be returned to our Croydon South warehouse.
Due to the perishable nature of our meal kits, redelivery and refunds are not available for missed deliveries. Customers may arrange to collect their order within 2 days from our Croydon South warehouse.
Regional Victoria
All regional deliveries are sent with mandatory Authority to Leave.
This means your parcel will be left at your delivery address even if no one is home to receive it.
Ahh Maa is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, tampered with or damaged after delivery has been completed.
If a parcel appears to have been left in the wrong location, please contact info@ahhmaa.com.au and our team will investigate the issue with the shipping courier.
Courier Delays
Regional deliveries are shipped using StarTrack’s next day service.
In rare cases courier delays may occur.
If your order does not arrive on your selected delivery day, please contact info@ahhmaa.com.au and our team will issue store credit equal to the full value of your order.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct at checkout.
If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, Ahh Maa will not provide a refund or store credit.
If delivery fails due to an issue caused by the courier, Ahh Maa will arrange a full value store credit.
Packaging and Freshness
All Ahh Maa boxes are sealed and packed carefully to maintain freshness during transit.
Chilled ingredients are packed with insulation and ice packs designed to keep food safely chilled during delivery.
Our packaging has been tested under controlled conditions to maintain safe temperatures for up to 36 hours from dispatch.
If a delivery arrives outside this 36 hour window, Ahh Maa will issue store credit equal to the full value of the order.
For best quality, please refrigerate your ingredients as soon as possible after your box arrives.
Weather and Unexpected Delays
We monitor weather and courier conditions closely and always aim to deliver within the expected timeframe.
In rare cases of severe weather or unexpected delays, we will communicate updates where possible.
