Kusa Daifuku is a soft, chewy mochi made with fragrant mugwort (yomogi), a traditional Japanese herb that gives the mochi its natural green colour and a delicate, earthy flavour. Inside, it’s filled with smooth, sweet red bean, creating a perfect balance of freshness and indulgence in every bite. Defrost before serving. Best enjoyed chilled.
