It’s important to visit your dashboard regularly, as you will also be able to add extra items or add-ons that are not included in your regular subscription, giving you the flexibility to tailor each delivery to your needs.
In addition to meal selection, your dashboard is where you can update your personal information and delivery details at any time. This ensures every box is sent to the right place, on the right day.

WHEN DO I NEED TO ORDER
All orders must be confirmed through your personal dashboard by Thursday at 11:59pm (AEST) the week before your scheduled delivery. After this cut-off, your order will be locked in, your payment will be processed, and no further changes can be made. This means you won’t be able to swap, add, or update your meals for that week. Be sure to check your dashboard and make any updates before the deadline to ensure you get exactly what you’re craving!

When your box arrives, your recipe card will also include a complete list of ingredients and pantry essentials required for that meal.

Make sure to confirm any changes until Thursday at 11:59pm (midnight) each week before your scheduled delivery to ensure they are processed in time. HOW CAN I KEEP MY INGREDIENTS FRESH?
To keep your Ahh Maa meal kit ingredients fresh, store all fresh produce and proteins in the provided insulated bag and place it in your refrigerator as soon as possible. Dry goods should be kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Be sure to check each item’s label for any specific storage instructions, as some ingredients may need special care.
HOW LONG DO MY INGREDIENTS STAY FRESH FOR & WHICH SHOULD I EAT FIRST?
For the best flavour and quality, we recommend using your meal kit within 5 days of receiving it and start with the meals that include more perishable ingredients, such as seafood or leafy greens. Enjoy fresh, authentic meals made simple with Ahh Maa.
What do the numbers on the recipe cards & labels mean?
Every meal kit and recipe card is labelled with a number to identify which dish it corresponds to. Simply match the corresponding numbers to ensure you have the right ingredients and recipe for each meal.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Melbourne Metro, Australia. Please enter your postcode at checkout to confirm availability.
When do I need to confirm or change my order?
You can update your upcoming delivery anytime up until Thursday at 11:59pm (midnight) each week. This includes confirming your meals and add-ons, making changes, or skipping your delivery.
For example, if you confirm your order by the Thursday deadline, the earliest your meals can be delivered is the upcoming Monday.
Planning ahead? You can also manage future deliveries, up to six weeks in advance, giving you full control over your schedule.
This weekly cutoff allows us time to prepare, pack, and deliver your meals with the care and quality you deserve.

Can I use a discount code if I’m already an Ahh Maa customer?
Our new customer discount is exclusively for first-time customers. However, we occasionally run promotions for existing customers and partner with influencers who share special codes valid for ongoing orders. Be sure to follow us on social media to catch the latest offers and discount codes!
What if I skip a week? Will I lose my discount?
Nope! Your discounts apply to your first 6 deliveries, not 6 consecutive weeks. So feel free to pause or skip a week at any time. The next box you order will pick up where you left off.
Can I combine multiple promo codes?
Only one promo or referral code can be applied per order. Discounts from your new customer offer cannot be stacked with other codes.
What should I do when having trouble applying my Ahh Maa discount code?
Make sure you enter your promo code exactly at checkout when signing up or placing your order. Some discounts are only valid for new customers or specific box sizes, so double-check the terms that came with your code. Codes generally can’t be combined with other offers.
